Cast parts are also ideal as a bridge to production
tooling. They are perfect for visual aids, trade show models,
pre-production assembly line setups, photo
shoots, multiple engineering prototypes, and functional product testing. Multiple parts can be
delivered in as little as a few days.
Production quantities can be from one part to thousands, in a variety of durable materials. Urethane castings produced from silicone molds accurately represent injection molded production parts in function, physical appearance and dimensional characteristics.

Urethane material properties range from from shore A to shore D hardness, and with mechanical properties similar to injection grade thermoplastics. UL approved materials are also available. |

| RTV tooling is a fraction of the cost of hard tooling, and allows freedom and flexibility in part geometry. Zero drafts, Undercuts, snap features, irregular parting lines, and molded-in threaded inserts are easily accommodated. |  |
